We are going paperless - If you have not already created an online account please go to https://www.rvspay.net/bvbsud **If you have an account, please make you have clicked on the ebill settings, select to receive the email (and/or text notification) and completed the confirmation step.** All you need is your account number and billing zip code. You will click on the orange button to create an account. You do not have to pay online, this is to receive your bill and access your account information at your convenience.
